Terms and conditions

The first two months of site usage is absolutely free with no obligation to continue using the service. On completion of the 2 months trial period you will have the option to continue to use the service.

The charging mechanism is based on the amount of space used for the storage of the pictures.

Basic - 2 MBytes - approx 100 pictures - £3.80 per month
Silver - 4 MBytes - approx 200 pictures - £5.00 per month
Gold - 10 MBytes - approx 500 pictures - £10.00 per month

After the free trial period you will be requested via email at the end of each month to settle your account in one of the following ways:
- by sending a cheque or postal order
- transfering the amount to a specified account number
- using PayPal services
Further details on how to settle is contained in the email. You can if required defer payment until the next month. This can be done for a maximum of 6 months.

If payment is not recevied after 28 days the gallery and all information contained within will be deleted from the site.

The selling of craft to buyers is a private sale and the web maintainers take no responsibility for the transaction.

Buyers can report to the maintainers of the site via the Contact Us links if they feel they have been unfairly treated by a person selling craft on the site. This may result in action being taken with regards the content of the gallery.

Information contained in the site is contained in a secure database and is only used for the purpose of the site.
