Setting up your gallery could not be easier - it's secure, safe and easy.

The following page details the features avaible through the site and how you create a great looking gallery which presents your art and craft in the best possible way.

Step One: Register
Before you can create a gallery you must register with the site. Registering ensures only authorised people can access the secure parts of the web site. Registering is very simple and a minimum amount of information is required. Any information provided is stored in the secure database and is not used for any other purpose other than for this site.
Remember once you have registered note down your user name provided.

Step Two: Create your Gallery
Once you have registered you can create your gallery providing a picture for how you want to represent your gallery. You are advised to also supply contact details, this could be an email address (a myCraftFair address if you wish) or phone number.  

Step Three: Create your Rooms
To categorise your craft you then proceed to create rooms for the gallery. Rooms can be decorated with a colour or pattern of your choice. There is no limit on the number of rooms you can create.

Step Four: Add Items to your Rooms
Once you have your rooms you then add craft items to your rooms. If the craft item is a Picture you only need to supply a single picture. If it is not a picture, if you want, you can take advantage of the multiple perspectives (front, top, bottom, left, right) of the item which will allow potential buyers to browse around your craft work providing a unique on-line experience of your work.

That's your gallery created, all you need to do now is keep an eye on your gallery as follows:

Maintaining your Gallery
You can review and maintain your gallery at any time by just simply login onto the site.

Potential buyers have the option to ask questions about the craft item. To answer the questions just login to the site and view your account information. From here you can answer the question.
 
Taking payment for your art and craft
It is entirely your decision how to take payment for your art and craft. The site provides the facility to use the PayPal services for secure transactions. Alternatively you can request a private cheque, postal order or cash.

The site maintainers police the site to ensure it is being used in the manner for which it was designed. The site maintainers reserve the right to remove any content they feel is not in the best interest of the site.

After the free trial period you will be requested via email at the end of each month to settle your account with the various options contained in the email. You can if required defer payment until the next month. This can be done for a maximum of 6 months.

If no notice of deferrment or settlement is received within 28 days, the gallery and all its contents will be deleted from myCraftFair.co.uk, it's as simple as that.
